Session 5 of Tiny Tales features the book Suddenly by Colin McNaughton. This lovely story about a little pig called Preston has some great repetition, use of shadows, cause and effect and of course (a very small) amount of peril in true Tom and Jerry style.
This week’s book is Farmer Duck by Martin Waddell, who also wrote Owl babies, our taster session book. If you’d like to get the finger puppets set yourself: Or some slightly larger ones:
Tiny Tales session 3 features the book Jasper’s Beanstalk by Nick Butterworth. Below is a link to the book: I also found this great little “Healthy Caterpillar” growing kit, to get you and your little one learning about seeds and plants.
Tiny Tales session 2 features the book The Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle. Below are a set of links to the book, an activity set and how to make your own play dough. Make your own Play Dough: http://www.bestrecipes.com.au/recipe/Play-Dough-L926.html Butterfly Lore – Create your own butterfly farm!
