Baby classes in Mold

Baby classes in Mold, Tiny Tales OwlOur Tiny Tales baby classes in Mold offer engaging sensory experiences to babies and toddlers. Led by an experienced former primary school teacher, weekly sessions run at Kings’ Christian Centre in Mold. We also run classes in Chester and Hawarden.

Themed weekly sessions

The classes vary each week, according to the book we’ve chosen. They include sensory experiences, craft sessions or music and dance activities. The activities are tailored to the weekly theme of the book and incorporate key learning experiences. Your baby or toddler will love engaging with the book, listening to the music and sounds, as well as getting to grips with the sensory experiences. There are songs and rhymes to join in with – usually a hit with both parents and their little ones.

Baby reading at Tiny Tales in Flintshire

Promoting early literacy

The philosophy of Tiny Tales is to make reading (and literacy) interesting from an as early an age as possible. Studies have shown that an early exposure to books and reading helps children develop a stronger interest in literacy as they grow older. I also know that as a mum myself, having a fun and social setting to which to bring my baby was incredibly important. All our sessions therefore finish with a cup of tea and coffee and a chance for everyone to catch up.
